Daily Toner: Rose water is commonly used as a toner, directly after cleansing. Spritz some rose water on a cotton ball and wipe all over your face. This will leave the skin balanced and hydrated, while also prepping your skin for the rest of your regimen by removing any excess dirt.

Either spray it directly on your face, our wipe your face down with a soaked cotton ball, both before and after your workout. This will cleanse your skin, preventing sweat from clogging your pores and preventing breakouts for those who have acneic skin.
