With a variety of service options designed to reveal your most radiant skin and body, our team will work with you to develop a customized program that works within your wedding timeline, inclusive of medspa treatments and products for at home care.

Custom Laser Hair Removal

Give yourself one less thing to worry about on your wedding day and honeymoon! Laser hair removal treatment for both men and women reveals smooth, stubble-free skin on the face and body. Typically, 6 – 8 sessions are needed, but your plan is customized based on the frequency of hair growth which varies from area to area. For planning purposes you’ll want to consider the approximate number of weeks needed to effectively treat specific areas: legs – 10 weeks; the back – 12 weeks; facial hair, 4-6 weeks; bikini 6-8 weeks.

Injectables

Whether you want to soften facial lines, give yourself a more youthful appearance or add fullness to your lips, injectables and dermal fillers can help you achieve your picture-perfect look. We recommend scheduling these services as far in advance of the wedding as possible so that we can identify the appropriate dosage to meet your aesthetic goals. We also want to make sure you love the way you look and have time to make adjustments after your first injection or to schedule complimentary services.

Body Contouring

Achieve a more slender-looking physique, create more flattering and toned arms and reduce bra/underarm fat with CoolSculptingCoolTone or WarmSculpt, or a combination of these body contouring treatments. You’ll see your best results 3 months after the last treatment with two treatments generally required, 4 weeks apart.

Facial Treatments

Depending on your skin concerns, type and goals, you can achieve glowing, even-toned skin with a customized skin care plan that also considers your wedding location and season. Signature FacialsChemical PeelsDermaplaningMicroneedling, and IPL Photo Facials can all work together harmoniously to reveal fresh, rejuvenated skin, soften superficial lines and address skin tone and texture concerns.  If needed, you can complement these services with Ultherapy, the only non-invasive procedure FDA-cleared to actually lift the skin while diminishing fine lines and wrinkles for that picture-perfect shot.

miraDry Sweat Elimination

With weddings come nerves and with seasonal weddings, there’s also the heat to consider! For those that tend to excessively sweat, you can eliminate the threat of underarm odor and photographed sweat stains. miraDry® underarm treatment is the first and only non-invasive treatment proven to eliminate sweat and odor glands permanently. Because you can potentially experience temporary bumps and bruising after the procedure, and understanding some candidates need two treatments, we recommend scheduling this treatment at least 6 months out from the wedding date.

Bridal Services Timeline

Like a well-executed wedding, planning your skin care and body treatments takes time to achieve your desired results. We also like to start with a complimentary Bridal Consultation as far in advance of the wedding as possible. This will give us, and you, time to execute a customized treatment plan that will ensure your most beautiful self on the special day.

The following guide will assist you in planning your beauty regimen in accordance with your wedding date. However, for best results, please start with a complimentary Bridal Consultation with an expert medical aesthetician.

Bridal Timeline

At 12 Months Out: Map the Road Ahead

Schedule your first appointment with a board-certified dermatologist or trained medical aesthetician.

During your first visit, come prepared! Narrow down exactly what your goals are—glowing skin? Reduce redness? Soften wrinkles or scars? Tighten the skin? Reduce shine? Tattoo removal? Have it ready!

We will make a routine that you can start at home, and make sure it’s one that fits your lifestyle and budget.

Have the wedding date handy - Extreme heat or cold, sun exposure, dry weather, and wind chill can all affect your skin when receiving certain treatments, such as lasers, peels, or microneedling treatments. We take this into account when making your plan.

At 9 Months: Start Procedures that Require Downtime

At this stage, it is time to start procedures that require downtime, including:

Microneedling with Platelet Rich Plasma (“PRP”): This procedure promotes overall rejuvenation of the skin, tightens the skin, reduces fine lines andscarring, clears up blemishes, evens skin tone, and promotes cell growth for glowing, healthy skin. This type of treatment is also best for neck tightening.
Fraxel Laser Treatment: This laser uses two different wavelengths to treat deeper acne scars, wrinkles, and laxity while also treating sun damage and brown spots. The result for brides is smoother, tighter, rejuvenated, softer skin.

CoolSculpting and other body contouring: Time to start melting away any unwanted fat! These procedures take weeks to show their results, and can come with some downtime to the treated areas, so starting early is best. The great news is that they are non-invasive, so you don’t have to worry about surgical scars.

Laser Hair Removal: If you want to make sure you are not showing any unwanted hair on the wedding day, now is the time to start laser hair removal. It usually takes 6 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart, so starting around 9-12 months will make sure we have enough time for a total treatment.

At 6 Months:

Missed out on any of the above? You still have time at this point to have the above procedures done. At this point, you should continue a series of any of the treatments you started above, while focusing on regeneration and skin healing from these treatments.

Botox: If you are interested in having Botox for the wedding, now is the time to test it out. Botox only lasts about 3 months, so this gives you time to have a trial and see if you like it, while also allowing time for it to wear off before the big day. We don’t want you to look “frozen,” we want you to be able to show all your emotions on your wedding day!

Dermal Fillers: Dermal fillers are used to help replenish areas where volume has been lost, achieving goals such as reducing lines around the mouth, bringing a nice lift of the cheekbones, reducing under-eye hollows, among other benefits. Fillers composed of hyaluronic acid also help in collagen regeneration and overall skin rejuvenation!

Facials: Now is the time to start regular facials. I prefer laser facials with our Laser Genesis laser, as it has long-lasting results as well as immediate brightening. Six months gives your skin plenty of time to see results from these treatments and regenerate fresh collagen.

At 3 months: Almost There!

At this point, do not introduce any new products or lotions into your regimen.

Botox: Now is the time to have your Botox redone, so that it lasts throughout the wedding day. This allows for you to also be able to have a touch-up after 2 weeks of treatment, without worrying about an unnatural look!

Lasers and Light Chemical Peels: continue with your series of Tribeca Signature Facials, Laser Genesis and light chemical peels treatments up until 1 month before the big day.

With a few months’ lead time, three months is ideal for the last of your longer-downtime procedures.

At 1 Month:

Only a few more weeks! Not the time to introduce anything new!

Avoid anything with significant downtime, such as Fraxel or microneedling.

Focus on exfoliating products at home, and antioxidant serums that nourish and enrich your skin.

Have your last Botox or filler touch-up, (only if needed)! We tend to be more cautious at this point. If you are generally happy with your results at this stage, we’d recommend going with them. Trying to get every last wrinkle, crease or blemish is a slippery slope. You look great, so own it and feel great!

The wedding day:

Relax, enjoy, and congratulations! You made it!
While this timeline represents a good, general schedule for brides, remember that everybody is different and your skin is unique! Our team of medical experts will treat YOU and your goals!
